The Tipperary County Board are the governing body that overlook all the activities of Pitch and Putt Clubs, which are affiliated with the Pitch & Putt Union replica u boat uk replica burberry of Ireland in Tipperary. All our Officers are elected on an annual basis, monthly meetings are held to discuss all things Pitch & Putt and 2 Delegates per Club are invited to each meeting.


Chairman – Michael Brennan – Tipperary Hills
Michael begins his first term as Tipperary County Board Chairman this year. Michael was instrumental in the re-opening of Tipperary Hills as Chairman of the great club, a man with a very clear vision for the game, he should prove an invaluable asset to Tipperary County Board in the years to come.
Vice – Chairman – Liam Leahy – Lakeside
Liam begins his first year with Tipperary County Board this year. He has served at Captain and Chairman of Lakeside in recent years and also has proved to be a very dedicated delegate from Lakeside to the County Board. Liam should prove to be a beneficial official to the board in the years ahead.
Hon. Secretary – Helen McMorrow – Lakeside
Helen has been held this position since the beginning of the 1991 season, which shows the dedication Helen has for Pitch & Putt in Tipperary. She also serves as Hon. Registrar on the National Executive Council of the Pitch & Putt Union of Ireland. Tipperary County Board are extremely fortunate to have such a proven administrator involved with the Board.
Hon. Treasurer – Noel Joyce – Hillview
The charismatic Noel has been involved with Tipperary County Board for a number of years and is in his third year as Hon. Treasurer. Noel keeps a very close eye on the purse strings of the board, he has shown some innovative ideas in his time on the board to ensure the board remains in healthy state financially. Noel continues to be a valuable asset to the board and still continues to play at a very high standard.
Hon. Registrar – Brian Webster – Larkspur Park
Brian is now in his third year as Hon. Registrar and has proved to be a very good administrator. With an improvement in membership figures in the Tipperary Clubs last year, Brian will be anxious that this trend continues, with new handicap initiatives introduced at NEC level, Brian is sure to have a busy year ahead, one he certainly is looking forward to challenging.
Public Relations Officer – Paul O’Brien – Lakeside
Paul now in his 5th year as Public Relations Officer, he continues to liase with all types of Media outlets to enable the promotion of the game within the County. Now the Tipperary Website Administrator, Paul hopes this initiative will prove to be a valuable asset for the players of Tipperary and beyond
U16 Officer – David Morrissey – Lakeside
The very popular David enters his second year as County U/16 Officer. David will be aiming to improve the quality of our younger players and to have them competing at the highest level. David also hopes to encourage more U16’s to the game, particularly girls.
